Deborah Golub-Sass- Founder

Debbie Golub-Sass is the founder of Agility Marketing.  She oversees the development and implementation of CRE marketing materials such as offering memorandums, presentations, both print and online campaigns, website design, and other strategy as needed for clients.  

Prior to starting Agility Marketing Debbie was Designer/Project Manager for another small CRE Marketing Agency.  She really enjoyed working one on one with clients and creating one of a kind marketing material to help them stand out.  

Debbie also spent 5 years as Marketing and Media Coordinator for Tiger Capital Group.  She served as the media liaison for Tiger’s retail disposition projects, facilitating both the planning and buying of print and broadcast media in support of store sales. Additionally, she served as an Art Director for special B2B and B2C projects, as the keeper of Tiger’s internal databases, and as Tiger’s webmaster.

Prior to Tiger, she was a Marketing Assistant at The Pulse Network, a marketing and events company. There, she facilitated all email marketing for trade shows and all post-show lead generation.

Before The Pulse Network, she worked for Crimson Hexagon, conducting client research and created algorithms for market analysis, most notably for Pepsi Cola and CBS.

Debbie holds a BA in Marketing from Simmons College, and received her CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) in 2010.
